Once we meet and decide we your Premiere Wedding Planning + Design company based in Williamsburg, VA we send you a contract, along with a proposal, and once that is signed, sealed, delivered you are officially a Beautifully Divine Bride. Depending on the package chosen, will determine how soon we start but we are always in contact, and checking in on you every step of the way!
Once I receive your questionnaire, we either can set up a time to chat via zoom, phone call, or my fav grab some food or a coffee! This is the best because I can hear about all your favorite things, talk all about your big day, and get to know you and your soon to be hubz so much better!

She worked with us in the months leading up to our wedding to finalize timelines, confirm vendors, run our rehearsal, and of course, bring it all together the day of the wedding. We could not be happier with the job she did in helping us create a timeline of events and coordinating with all of our vendors. On our wedding day, she ensured the setup of tables, chairs, decorations, cocktail hour, etc. was executed perfectly. I was not stressed because I knew Jessica was taking care of all the little details. Jessica was an absolute pleasure to work with, and she made sure my wedding flowed perfectly from activity to activity! I only needed a day-of coordinator, and I am very happy that Jessica was recommended to me. Leading up to the event, we had weekly phone calls to make sure that we had everything we needed and that we had a perfect master timeline. Jessica coordinated with the vendors leading up the event, ensured that we were on time with our schedule, made sure the guests were taken care of and happy, took care of us with food and drinks throughout the night, and took care of clean up and getting things together for us at the end of the night. Mind you she did all of this at 8 months pregnant without skipping a beat! I am very thankful that Jessica put my mind at ease and helped me to have the wedding of my dreams!
